Those of you who know your Bible saw the title of this message and realized it is one definition of faith taught in Scripture.  You were right; God’s Word tells us that it is something beyond man’s “knowledge” to accept as truth something that he can not see!  It (our faith) is the evidence of things not seen.  (Hebrews 11:1)

So-called scientists, at least the ones who do not believe God is Who He says He is and does what He says He does, mock Christians for believing, even though all of the evidence we can verify points to what we believe.  They mockingly say we are fools for believing (having faith in) God, when they say He either, does not exist, or, He’s really irrelevant.  Well, I just point them to Psalm 53:1, which, in the King James Version, says; “The FOOL hath said in his heart, there is no God.”  I think that is the meaning of the original language, but, notice, “there is” is italicized; which means the translators supplied those words to “flesh out” what they felt the original was supposed to convey.  I think those missing words are not needed, for the fool is actually saying, “No!” to God.  Romans 1 tells us God has clearly revealed Himself, at least that part of Him that can be known by finite man, to them through what they can see around them.  Anyone who looks into the mysteries of life, as scientists do, can definitely see that God is.  (like abortionists who see and touch the bodies of the children they butcher and tell us; “it’s just tissue.”) They know He exists, but they refuse to acknowledge Him.  Because of this, it says; “they have become vain in their imaginations, and their foolish hearts have become darkened.  Professing themselves to be wise, they have become fools.”  They say we are fools for believing God’s account.  God says they are.

What sparked this message was a couple of “scientific” articles describing “milestones” that scientists have achieved.  (I have inserted icons at the end of this that will allow you to peruse them.)  When you read them, please look beyond the smoke and mirrors to discern just how much verifiable fact is actually contained therein.  You will see, especially if you print them out, and underline each instance of such phrases as: “artist’s rendition, physicists claim, thought to have, may have, theory, alternative explanation, perhaps, data suggests, can’t directly measure, can’t really see, what you believe happened, try to infer, looks like, extract information, not visible, etc.”

One of the tricks worldly scientists have long used to disguise the foolishness of their anti-God lies is the principle of camouflage.  The particular “color” of their camouflage I would like to show you is their use of large numbers. This “color” began to be used in earnest when the lie of evolution began to be exposed; when true scientific datum began surfacing and exposing the lie.  Rather than admitting they were lying about it, they strrrreeeeettttcccchhhed their “vain imaginations”; and moved back the time when all this supposedly happened.  At first they added centuries, then, millennia.  As more and more facts were discovered, they had to add more and more camouflage.  They moved it all back: millions,then billions, and now the foolishness of evolution is “hidden” by several trillions of years. Let me illustrate how this practice works.---  Imagine 1 drop of water, sitting by itself on a hard surface, just a few inches from your eyes.  You can easily see it for what it is.  Now, imagine me putting that 1 drop in a glass of water.  That pretty well obscures that once clearly seen drop, but; if you begin to zoom in on it, I will take it back a few hundred yards, place a sandy beach between it and you, and then mix it in with billions and trillions of drops called an ocean.  You won’t recognize that 1 drop.  It still exists, it’s still visible; but I’ve removed it so far and obscured it so much, you’ll probably never be able to clearly see it again. Those who propound evolution and big-bangs love to camouflage their easily seen lies with incomprehensible numbers.  As I read the article on the “mini big bang,” I was informed that this “scientific evidence” was gleaned from an incident that occurred in “less than a hundredth, of a billionth, of a trillionth, of a second.”  Neither I nor you normally question these kinds of numbers.  We accept them as fact because they are spouted so glibly.  I want to make this supposed time frame a little clearer.  They glibly said; “this happened in--------                  less than .00000000000000000000000000000001 of 1 second.”  We tend to “believe” them, because they are “scientists,” and they are using numbers we can not comprehend, and we have quit questioning what they say.  Look at the “second” hand on a clock or watch. Now try to divide up each second by 10.  Can’t do it?  Look at each zero in that number above; then know that each one represents dividing into 10 more parts than the one before.  (A very interesting statement in the big bang article was almost hidden and not repeated.  Their evidence of the big bang was really a fizzle.  Instead of expanding ever outward, as their theory states, it zoomed right back together.)

The type numbers they use to camouflage their theory of “life on ‘other’ planets” involve distance and size.  Purpose?---- God’s Word stresses that the earth is the only place He created man.  God holds man accountable; Man sins; God sent His Son to save; and man can only be saved through God’s way.  They want to do away with that by inserting the possibility of “other’” worlds where we will encounter life, and find that the Genesis account of special creation is not true.  That’s the prime reason we spend billions of dollars on studying and going into space. Unsaved man will go to any length to do away with God and His Word.  That’s why we make and send telescopes that measure: gas, light, vibrations, and anything else they can think of.  That’s why they “hoot and holler” whenever they think they’ve found a new possibility.  Their problem is though, every time they make an actual discovery, it proves life is unique to earth.  Too much of that, and the public will want to quit spending those billions of dollars.  That’s unacceptable to them, so they have to keep coming up with “new things” that keep interest up enough to get funding dollars.  The “scientific discoveries” give the distances to these “black holes, galaxies, and other worlds” are given in “light-years.”  I read one of these “earth-like” worlds was 500 light years away.  (One sentence messed up and called these earth-like worlds “gaseous giants,” which is not anything near to what earth is).  Light years are interesting when used as “scientific measurements.”  I researched some of the statements of what speed light travels at, and found it’s been stated in the last 2 centuries as: 1,000 miles per second, 185,000 mps, 186,000 mps, 186,300 mps, 300,000 kilometers ps which equals 186.411.3576712 mps.  You may think I’m being pedantic, but try computing the “distance” to these “scientific” discoveries, using just the last 3 cited speeds.  5oo light years, at even a 1 mile per second discrepancy, makes for an “astronomical” (pardon the pun) room for error.

I apologize if this e-mail seems too long.  I just want believers to wake up and realize that true science does not refute God’s Word.  You do not and should not back off the clear statement of God’s Word.  Man has attempted to square off against God since earliest times.  Peter (2^nd Peter 2:17-18) describes their mighty sounding arguments as “swelling words of vanity” (like a blowfish making itself appear larger by puffing up with air), and says they are like clouds blown along by a violent wind.  (They look massive, but a puff of wind moves them).  It takes far less faith to believe God’s Word, which is evidenced by all we see, than it does for them to believe the garbage they put out as “science.”  1^st Timothy 6:20 describes it as “the oppositions of science falsely so called.  Exercise your faith and stand on God’s Word.  You will begin to see “the big-mouthed frogs” of God-haters shrink, as the air is let out of them.
